Empowered Parent Series: Understanding Your Child's World

Your child spends much of her time in a digital world - a world filled with influencers, AI bots, and a constant "feed" of information from any and everywhere! A high school student recently remarked, "Don't refer to it as the 'digital world.' It's just 'the world.' We have never known anything else." How do we - the parents and educators - navigate between the world that we knew, and the world that is? Before answering that question, ask yourself, "Do I even understand my child's world?" Come to this workshop and discover things that you may not know or understand, but need to...if you are to be an "empowered parent."
