2026–2027 REBOOT Leadership

2026–2027 REBOOT Leadership

After a competitive round of interviews, the Ethics Institute has selected next year’s REBOOT leadership.

REBOOT is a student-led initiative focusing on healthy and ethical engagement with technology and social media. Members of the Leadership Committee plan and host annual summits with other schools, design educational offerings for younger students and parents, and manage an award-winning podcast.

Every year, interested students apply for the positions of President and Vice President and as leaders of Engagement, Outreach, and Podcast. This year, there’s a new role: Media Manager. During the application process, students had to design a plan for the fall 2026 REBOOT Summit, complete with a theme, a preparation timeline, a communication plan, and a list of event goals. Each applicant presented her plan during her interview with the REBOOT Selection Committee: Dr. Rezach, Mrs. Pearson, Ms. Regnault, and Ms. Stitham.

Said Mrs. Pearson, “Every candidate impressed us with her innovative summit ideas, making this a very tough decision. We can’t wait to see this team put their vision into action next year.”

The students who earned a position for next year are President Erin Kim ’27; Vice President Adeline Brugg ’28; Podcast Leaders Ayushi Wadhwa ’27, Jocelyn Wang ’27, and Clara Bultó ’28; Outreach Leaders Catie Gorke ’27 and Ananya Mittal ’29; Engagement Leaders Frances Miller ’28 and Lyla Meenan ’28; and Media Manager Priya Patel ’27.

“Congratulations to our new REBOOT Leadership Team,” said Dr. Rezach. “I’m excited to work with such a talented group of students as we expand the group’s reach to meet the ongoing challenges of online safety and AI.”
